When i receive a message from a contact the programas only i hear play a sound, I always have the speakers turned off so I slow to respond.
I don't like so much the 
So I would like something like a blinking yellow window of msn or maybe a "Conversation Auto focus".(similar of http://forum.emesene.org/index.php/topic,2889.0.html)

Enable "Notify when receiving a message" in notify configuration.

Mmm, i could not see that, but I found a plugin that brought the program that does what I need.
