The first file is the deb package for Intrepid, the other one is for Jaunty

Uhm...maybe you can patch emesene in the directory of the deb....
Search for "emesene" in your hard-disk....i think that the default directory installation is /opt or /usr/share :\
When you find the directory, patch it with the same command above.
Of course, with root permission
