missing...or missing in pt_BR?

1. i'll ask dxdx if we can escape those strings
2. done (the message is standard btw..can't be i18n'd)

5. can't do that because "No Message" is used in the code as a var.. (see line 100)
6. related to conversationlayoutmanager and conversation_themes, we must add "(Offline)" and "said" as %s in themes and sobstitute them with i18n versions in conversationlayoutmanager...any volunteer?
