Two things caught my attention so I think i should tell you (I've been using the latest portable version):
+ The "Sound" plugin is still included in the package even tho it's part of the program now
+ There are a lot of "Thumbs.db" files that were automatically created by your Windows scattered around the folders

You refer to sound.py duplicated in the plugins directory, and the root of emesene?
Thus they are in the repository.  
Yes!, I found some Thumbs.db files in directories: smilies and themes.
Clean now! , updated to 2097

Uh! I'm on holiday just a very slow internet and without any windows by hand.
It is possible that some of this this fixed in the latest svn revision.

The [camera icon] that is on the line where the PM and email are by default in the conversation window makes "that box" increase 2px and the actual status icon present on the left go down 1px.
This is easily noticeable if you have your conversations tabbed and change from 1 offline to 1 online.

This only happens on this windows version so maybe it's partially theme related.

ups! Inu, I have no camera. The only icon I see in the chat window, next to the icon to add contacts to the current conversation, but I do not see anything strange :s
Just change the GTK theme for Nuvola, it seems much nicer. Maybe what you say does not happen with this issue ¿? ... I spent a moment with a notebook with windows. I have this portable with Nuvola, but in Spanish: http://www.4shared.com/file/183668088/7b3c8913/emesene2148_es.html
(Nuvola is beauty!!)

I do not know they think this: to not grow much the size of the installer, or portable, collected several icon themes, smilies and sound in a package installable. The installer detects the directory where you installed the emesene, so there is nothing else to do that: next, next etc

Well, actually I'm making a new theme with daniel910821, and end up noticing that happens with every theme (well, it HAD to happen since all the icons must have the same pixel size\height).
I'll add a picture under so you can fully understand what I mean. (When you open a conversation with an offline contact the icon of the camera above the picture disappears, therefor the space is smaller)

And yeah, I've used my 2nd favourite theme to give you the example. The new one is still in the making and missing a few images but I believe people will really love this new one.
